The Estonia Salary Calculator provides general estimates for informational and planning purposes. It is not payroll software, accounting advice, tax advice, legal advice or an official service of an Estonian authority.

No guarantee of accuracy

The formulas are designed around standard 2026 salary rates and user-selected assumptions. Actual payroll may differ because of payment timing, tax residency, multiple employers, pension registration, social-security coverage, tax treaties, employment type, benefits, exemptions, absences, minimum social-tax exceptions and rounding rules.

User responsibility

You are responsible for checking the inputs and confirming the result with an employer, accountant, payroll professional or the Estonian Tax and Customs Board before making employment, tax, relocation or financial decisions.
