No guarantee of payroll accuracy

Actual payroll depends on the employee’s tax booklet, residence, social-insurance category, pension status, dependents, registered reliefs, employment dates, multiple employers, benefits, bonuses, cross-border arrangements, annual income and payroll rounding. You must verify decisions and filings with qualified professionals or the relevant Latvian authority.

Annual calculation limitation

The annual estimate assumes the same monthly salary and selected profile for twelve months and no other taxable income. The additional 3% calculation uses annual gross salary as the assumed total income for this employment-only estimate.

Minimum contribution limitation

The optional minimum-contribution top-up is a simplified full-month, single-employer estimate. Official minimum contributions can be assessed quarterly and may account for several employers, calendar days, exempt categories and information unavailable to this calculator.

Availability and changes

The operator may update, suspend or withdraw the calculator without notice. Tax rates and interpretations can change, and older saved copies may become inaccurate.
